1. Return Window
You have a period of 14 days from the exact date of delivery to request a return for your equipment. Due to the scale, value, and logistical complexity of heavy machinery and vehicles, all return requests must be formally initiated within this timeframe. After 14 days, the return window closes, and any mechanical issues will be handled exclusively under our standard manufacturer warranty policies (repairs or parts).
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the machinery, tractor, or vehicle must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be strictly unused (zero operational hours beyond initial factory/delivery testing), unblemished, and free of any damage, modifications, or field wear. All original documentation, manuals, keys, and included accessories must be returned alongside the unit. Note: Custom-manufactured orders, special configurations, and clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)
We require a strict protocol for returns to ensure safety and accountability:
Request Return: Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp to formally explain the issue and request a Return Authorization.
Send Photos & Videos: You must provide clear, high-resolution evidence of the equipment’s current condition, including shots of the exterior, cabin, and the hour meter.
Approval: Once our technical team verifies the condition, we will issue specific commercial freight shipping instructions.
Ship Item: You must arrange for the equipment to be securely loaded and shipped back to our designated facility using a certified heavy-freight carrier.
4. Shipping Costs
Because international logistics taking 30 to 60 days require significant investment, initial shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. Unless the return is explicitly due to a verifiable manufacturing defect out-of-the-box or a shipping error on our part, the customer is fully responsible for all return freight and insurance costs. Additionally, standard non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover warehouse and inspection operations.
5. Refunds
Once your returned equipment arrives at our facility, our technicians will conduct a comprehensive inspection. We will promptly notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the equipment’s condition. If approved, your refund (minus applicable return freight and restocking fees) will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your Credit Card, PayPal, or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
