1. Order Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed via our secure gateways, your order enters the processing phase, which typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Quality Assurance: During this period, our team coordinates with the factory, conducts rigorous pre-shipment inspections, and prepares the necessary international export documentation to ensure your heavy machinery or vehicle is ready for safe transport.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Due to the scale, weight, and specialized nature of our equipment (Heavy Machinery, Tractors, Buses, etc.), we utilize industrial ocean and ground freight networks. Our standard delivery window ranges from 30 to 60 days from the date the equipment leaves the port of origin. While we strive to deliver on the earlier side of this window, transit times may vary slightly based on the final destination port, ocean conditions, and local transport logistics.
3. Shipping Costs & Duties
Shipping Quotes: Because freight costs for heavy machinery fluctuate based on destination and equipment size, shipping fees are calculated and clearly outlined during your initial quote process.
Customs & Import Duties: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your commercial invoice (e.g., DDP terms), the buyer is responsible for all local customs clearance fees, import taxes, and duties mandated by the destination country’s government.
4. Order Tracking
We believe in personalized support. Since we do not use automated customer portals, our logistics team will keep you informed directly via WhatsApp or Email. You will receive major milestone updates, including departure confirmations, estimated times of arrival (ETA), and official shipping documents (such as the Bill of Lading) so you always know the status of your investment.
5. Responsibilities & Disclaimers
Inspection Upon Arrival: It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the equipment immediately upon delivery before signing the carrier’s receipt. Any visible transit damage must be noted on the delivery document and reported to us within 24 hours.
Force Majeure: Mundo Bel USA LLC is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, port strikes, customs holds, or global supply chain disruptions.
